Bait Al Sahwa has an established Food Safety Management System (FSMS) certified by TUD SUV Middle East LLC through ISO 22000:2005 Certification. This Certification was conferred on the Company in May 2015 in fulfillment of all the requirements set by the issuing body.
Bait Al Sahwa is committed to ensure safety of food in all realms and Food Safety Policy remains appropriate to the role of the organization in the food chain. We adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements in addition to our own measurable food safety objectives.
We have developed, implemented and continue to maintain an exclusive Hazard Management System (HMS) thereby bringing forth critical control points and critical limits under control. Our employees are trained on the use and implementation of FSMS and the managers and supervisors ensure its compliance by all. We also undertake periodic safety audits and impose corrective actions whenever necessary.
